• Assists in stock rotation using FIFO and restocks.
• Answer customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Enter, track, monitor and coordinate customer materials.
• Delivers orders to customers for pickup.
• Complies with company policies and maintains respectful relationships.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain store condition and appearance.
• Complete sales transactions.
• Manage time with customers efficiently and effectively.
• Provide timely communication, leadership, and feedback for process improvement.
• Process specific customer purchase orders.
• Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
