Job summary

The ideal candidate has a one-year certificate or 6–12 months of experience, strong Excel and Office skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• A one-year certificate from a college or technical school, or 6–12 months of customer service experience.
• Previous customer service experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Process orders and account updates, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and elevate complex matters when needed.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication and follow-up.
• Partner with internal teams to meet customer needs and achieve service and satisfaction goals.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Protect the confidentiality of customer and company information.
