The ideal candidate has five years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and solid MS Office knowledge, particularly Outlook and Excel.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support via phone, email or live chat to customers regarding orders, product, services, problems or inquiries.
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.
• Manage assigned territory and handle RMAs.
• Coordinate with credit department to resolve disputed items.
• Offer feedback on process improvements and customer concerns.
