Job summary

InterMetro Industries in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to provide consistent, exceptional support to customers, sales reps, and internal teams in daily operations.

The CSR I will review and process orders, answer inquiries, collaborate with CSR II and supervisors, manage customer portals, and uphold the Code of Business Ethics. High school diploma and 3 years' related experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely support regarding customer inquiries, orders and problem situations of a routine nature.
• Coordinate involvement with CSR II’s and CS Supervisors as required.
• Review and process incoming orders accurately, including confirming contact and billing information, pricing and promotions.
• Support CSR II’s with daily activity flow to promote prompt customer response.
• Manage customer portals both internal and external.
• Adhere to the Code of Business Ethics and report violations as required.
