Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a Customer Service-related field.
• Two or more years of college education or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet applications.
• Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, and e-procurement systems.
• Basic knowledge of customer service channels and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels and meet KPI goals.
• Coordinate order lifecycle activities and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Provide visibility of contractual obligations to ensure compliance.
• Document customer interactions in CRM and ERP systems.
• Maintain knowledge of SOPs and apply them daily.
• Educate customers on terms, ordering guidelines, and the SICK website.
