Job summary

Rowell's Services in New Hampshire is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first voice customers hear and to help schedule services and resolve concerns. You will collaborate with dispatchers, technicians, and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
• Experience with Service Titan or Dialpad is preferred, but not required. We're happy to train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, confident, and professional attitude.
• Help customers schedule service appointments and answer questions about our services.
• Listen to customer needs, gather important information, and ensure service requests are accurately documented.
• Communicate with dispatchers, technicians, and other team members to keep everyone informed.
• Assist customers with appointment changes, scheduling questions, and service concerns.
• Maintain accurate customer information and service details within company systems.
• Manage multiple calls, tasks, and priorities while staying organized and focused.
• Think ahead, anticipate customer needs, and help find solutions before small problems become big ones.
• Contribute to a positive, upbeat, and supportive team environment.
