S&J Plumbing in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers, turning inbound calls into scheduled service appointments and delivering a top-tier experience.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of customer service experience in call center or high-volume environment.
• Experience with multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent communication and listening skills, plus data entry and CRM use.

Responsabilidades

• Answer inbound calls and schedule plumbing service appointments.
• Maintain a natural, personable tone while assisting customers.
• Build rapport and create a positive first impression.
• Enter and update customer information in the system.
• Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support outbound calling to maximize bookings.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching.
