Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and schedule plumbing service appointments.
• Maintain a natural, personable tone while assisting customers.
• Build rapport and create a positive first impression.
• Enter and update customer information in the system.
• Coordinate with dispatch and internal teams.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Support outbound calling to maximize bookings.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—turning inbound calls into scheduled service appointments while delivering a top-tier customer experience.

• Answer inbound calls andschedule plumbing service appointments
• Use proven call scripts while maintaining anatural, personable tone
• Build rapport with customers andcreate a positive first impression
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our system
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and internal teams
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Support outbound calling efforts to follow up and maximize booking opportunities
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to improve performance

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of customer service experience(call center or high-volume environment preferred)
• Experience handlingmulti-line phone systems
• Strong computer skills (CRM systems, typing, data entry)
