Job summary

Coastal Waste & Recycling, based in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to serve as the voice of the company and deliver exceptional service across channels. You will work with Operations to ensure timely, accurate, and caring service for customers in multiple Coastal markets.

You will handle inquiries, process service requests, manage accounts, and maintain detailed records while collaborating with teammates to balance workloads and provide a seamless customer

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries regarding services, billing, account information, and requests.
• Resolve concerns by identifying solutions and following up with Operations.
• Process account changes, new service requests, cancellations, and other transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to build relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with teammates across Coastal markets to balance workloads.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved and expectations are exceeded.
• Assist with special projects and other customer experience initiatives.
