Coastal Waste & Recycling Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to deliver outstanding service via phone and email. You will resolve queries, process service requests, and partner with Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience across multiple markets.

• Previous customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other channels.
• Respond to inquiries about services, billing, and account information.
• Process service requests, account changes, cancellations, and other transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records in company systems.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure timely follow-up and seamless support.
• Follow up with customers to confirm issues are resolved and expectations met.
• Support special projects and customer experience initiatives as assigned.

Our Customer Experience Representatives work together to support customers across all of our markets, partnering with Operations to ensure every customer receives timely, accurate, and caring service.Your RoleAs a Customer Experience Representative, you'll help customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing service requests, and partnering with Operations to deliver a seamless customer experience.
