Gilmore Heating, Air, & Plumbing, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Antelope, CA. You will be the primary contact for customer inquiries, calls and support issues, coordinating with technicians and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in call center, customer service, sales, or appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and phone skills.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and sales capabilities.
• Ability to meet and exceed performance goals and KPIs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Comfortable typing and working with computers.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls for service accounts.
• Follow communication scripts while engaging with customers.
• Identify customer needs, answer questions, and provide solutions or alternatives.
