Responsibilities

• Greet patrons as they enter and exit locations.
• Resolve problems promptly with a caring attitude.
• Assist customers in lobbies and lanes and direct traffic safely.
• Close lanes when needed and communicate issues to the team.
• Maintain awareness of kiosks and pay stations and assist customers.
• Provide premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor.
• Complete required documentation for hours worked.
