• Oversee front-end operations to meet sales, profit and labor goals.
• Determine work priorities to maintain front-end conditions.
• Ensure accurate checkout and policy compliance by staff.
• Train and coach associates on front-end procedures and price checks.
• Report pricing discrepancies to the pricing coordinator.
• Provide back-up coverage for the service operations manager when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of checkout policies, transactions, and daily reporting.
• Operate checkout equipment per company standards.
• Assist with front-end tasks like stocking and bagging.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and safety regulations; report hazards.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
