Kroger is seeking a Front-end Associate to help create an outstanding customer experience and maintain a safe, clean environment in the store. You will assist the Front-end department manager in meeting sales and profit goals and support daily operations with a focus on best practices and safety.

The role requires strong communication, stress management, and basic math skills, with prior retail or customer service experience preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and valued by answering questions about products.
• Gain and maintain knowledge of products and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Assist with monitoring and controlling supply expenses for the department.
• Assist with managing cash control, sales and cash items and records for the store.
• Manage scheduling of Front-end associates to provide adequate department coverage.
• Assist in budget preparation, P&L reviews, and action on financial reports.
• Collaborate with Front-end associates and promote teamwork.
