Arizona Tile is seeking a Customer Service Rep in Scottsdale to process orders, support sales, and deliver exceptional service to customers. You’ll work with multiple channels to ensure accuracy and efficiency in order handling.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years in retail sales with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Forklift certification is a plus; a family-oriented, supportive environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of retail sales with front-facing customer interaction.
• Forklift certification is a plus; strong computer/data entry skills.

Responsabilités

• Process and enter customer orders using the company's order system, accurately and efficiently.
• Provide ongoing sales support in person, by phone, or other means to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Handle transfer/restock requests, including exceptions or credits, with manager review.
• Collaborate across teams/branches to maintain clear communication.
• Stay informed about stock status and communicate updates to customers.
