The role requires 2+ years in retail sales with frontline customer interaction, plus the ability to multitask, learn product details, and work collaboratively with colleagues across departments. Forklift certification may be required at some locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years retail sales experience in a professional environment with front-facing customer interaction; training provided.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to multi-task and meet customer needs.
• Forklift certification may be required per location.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy in Windows environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders accurately and timely.
• Provide ongoing sales support and exceptional customer service in person or by phone.
• Handle transfer or restock requests with guidance from management and proper procedures.
