Job summary

Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership and execute tasks that ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations. You will engage customers with friendliness and professionalism, handling food service, POS transactions, and store upkeep.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, operating the register, preparing made-to-order items, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must learn and follow Royal Farms safety processes and procedures.
• Preferred: prior experience in food service and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and a friendly store environment.
• Handle register operations, payments, and basic POS duties; assist with fuel and gift cards.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages, ensuring quality and speed.
• Restock products and manage stock to maintain full shelves.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, report unsafe conditions.
• Adhere to SOPs, uphold Royal Farms values, and perform other duties as assigned.
