Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years' relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer claims to determine root cause and possible solutions.
• Communicate and follow up with Sales Agents during after-sales transactions.
• Coordinate actions with Logistics, Field Services, and external contractors to resolve claims.
• Assist with training workshops related to customer experience and improve processes.
