Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2-4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer claims to determine root cause and provide solutions.
• Communicate with Sales Agents during after-sales transactions.
• Coordinate actions with functions to resolve defects and disputes.
• Schedule shipments for replacements with Logistics and Field Services.
• Support initiatives to improve efficiency and teamwork.
• Assist with training workshops related to customer experience.
• Prepare internal/external correspondence with reports and metrics.
• Research chargebacks, disputed invoices, and product discrepancies.
• Process invoices and collaborate with accounts receivable.
• Review data on sales, inventory, and merchandising plans.
• Assist with special projects and other duties.
