Responsibilities

• Execute daily customer experience tasks including calls, orders, delivery status, claims and purchase orders.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and provide timely solutions.
• Coordinate communication with customers and associates.
• Serve as a customer experience resource for other associates.
• Assist with basic warehouse and inventory tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
