Job summary

Michaels is hiring in Oregon City for a Store Team Member. You will help customers find products, process fast checkouts, and enroll customers in rewards programs. You’ll also assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and keeping the store well-merchandised.

The role emphasizes friendly service, adherence to store policies, and involvement in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS, with opportunities across framing-related duties as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and truck unloading.
• Maintain store recovery, planograms, and in-stock conditions.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and policies.
