Job summary

Coastal is hiring for a customer support role reporting to the Everett, WA area with a hybrid schedule. You will handle incoming calls, assist online and mobile banking users, and help resolve issues across digital banking platforms.

You will craft clear communications and support treasury services while collaborating with multiple teams. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service or digital banking experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant customer service or digital banking experience or an associate degree plus experience.
• Familiarity with online/mobile banking platforms and treasury products is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming internal and customer calls for support and troubleshooting.
• Provide online banking assistance and browser troubleshooting.
• Proactively reach out to staff and customers to resolve issues.
• Draft clear communications via messaging and email.
• Support digital payment channels and treasury-related services.
