Job summary

Coastal Community Bank is seeking a CX Specialist I to support internal and customer calls, assist with online and mobile banking, and resolve issues related to digital payment channels and card transactions. The role reports to the Everett, WA location, with hybrid work a few times per year.

Candidates should have 1+ year in customer service or digital banking, familiarity with online/mobile banking, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

1+ year experience in customer service or digital banking or an Associate degree with related work experience.
Familiarity with online banking and mobile banking applications.
Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to research, resolve issues, and manage multiple tasks toward timely outcomes.

Responsibilities

Provide support for inbound and outbound calls and online banking inquiries.
Troubleshoot browser issues for online banking and assist with mobile banking applications.
Collaborate with staff to resolve digital banking system issues and ensure compliance.
Prepare, present, and analyze reports related to digital payment channels and treasury products.
Route and escalate transactions within authorized limits and support CCX operations.
