Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service or digital banking services.
• Associate degree in Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent.
• Familiarity with online banking and mobile banking applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for incoming internal and customer calls via main department numbers.
• Support online banking for customers, including browser troubleshooting.
• Initiate outbound calls to staff and customers for support or troubleshooting.
• Research and resolve issues related to products or services within CCX Team oversight.
• Craft professional correspondence for staff and customers via email or messaging.
• Assist in the use of mobile banking apps and digital payment channels.
