Job summary

Coastal is seeking a CX Specialist I to support internal and customer calls, assist with online and mobile banking, and resolve issues related to digital payment channels, digital banking systems, and card transactions.

You will conduct research, craft effective communications, and contribute to the CCX team's efficiency while ensuring compliance with policies. This role combines service delivery with process improvements in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant experience in customer service or digital banking.
• Familiarity with online and mobile banking.
• General awareness of treasury management products and services.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for incoming internal phone calls and customer calls.
• Assist with online banking troubleshooting.
• Initiate outbound calls to staff and customers for support.
• Research and resolve issues related to digital payment channels.
• Draft correspondence with staff and customers via messaging and email.
• Support mobile banking app installations and usage.
• Assist in routing CCX partner clients to CCX/CCBX teams.
• Develop knowledge of products and services and regularly update resources.
