Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to deliver exceptional service across calls, chats, and emails. The role focuses on first-line support, order processing in SAP, and up-selling where appropriate to meet department goals.

You will educate customers on Zoetis products and programs while collaborating with Credit & Collections, Sales and Operations to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and a high-quality experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume customer service environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with order processing and billing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer approximately 80 inbound calls, chats, and emails daily.
• Process all customer orders (phone, fax, email) with accuracy in SAP.
• Provide first-line customer support and escalate as needed.
• Educate customers on Zoetis products, services, and programs.
• Collaborate with Credit & Collections, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
