Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Customer Care Veterinary Technician (CCVT) to be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert information on Zoetis products and handling routine and complex inquiries. This role emphasizes accurate documentation and adherence to SOPs while delivering exceptional service.

The CCVT collaborates with VMIPS and VMRA teams, educates customers on products and programs, and participates in ongoing training to maintain medical knowledge and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Veterinary Technician Credential in good standing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5 years clinical experience as a veterinary technician or related customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior first-line customer support with empathetic interactions.
• Answer and resolve inbound companion animal and livestock inquiries via all approved channels.
• Explain product action, disease states, diagnoses, treatments and interpretation to veterinary staff and owners.
• Document adverse events and comply with pharmacovigilance standards.
• Follow SOPs for data entry, medical investigation, and customer communications.
