Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Customer Care Veterinary Technician (CCVT) to respond to routine and complex inquiries and adverse events involving Zoetis products, in line with SOPs and VMIPS standards.

Responsibilities include delivering empathetic support across channels, documenting events per PV requirements, and educating customers on products while collaborating with Operations, Marketing, Sales and Manufacturing teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5 years clinical experience as a veterinary technician, or Veterinary Technician Credential (CVT, RVT, etc) in good standing, or relevant experience in a customer facing related environment.
• CVT/RVT credential in good standing.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior first-line customer support with personalized, empathetic interactions.
• Document reported adverse events and comply with pharmacovigilance standards.
• Educate customers on Zoetis products, services and programs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to identify best outcomes for the customer.
