Job summary

OOBE, a division of Workwear Outfitters, seeks a Customer Experience (CX) Specialist in Greenville to support order processing, invoicing, and customer communications. You will use Navision ERP to manage accounts and generate daily reports while collaborating with fulfillment teams and third-party services.

Ideal candidates bring Excel reporting, data entry, and strong customer service skills, with 5–10% travel as needed. The role supports the CX team and front desk coverage as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial statistics and other data and produce relevant reports in Microsoft Excel with a basic understanding of accounting skills.
• Strong written, interpersonal and data entry skills.
• Associates degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred, but not required.
• Travel 5-10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper entry, shipment, and invoicing of all customer orders and returns via Navision.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat, or in person with patience.
• Set up new customer accounts in ERP.
• Generate daily sales, returns, and shipment reports and process returns in ERP.
• Generate back-order reports and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide data for scorecard reports for customers and OOBE.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and FedEx to resolve shipping issues.
• Assist with new apparel program meetings.
• Back up Front Desk and Hospitality duties as needed.
