Qualifications

• Experience in customer services roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and data reporting is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Enter, ship, and invoice customer orders and returns.
• Interact with customers via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
• Set up new customer accounts in ERP.
• Generate daily sales, returns, and shipment reports.
