Job summary

OOBE, Inc. in Greenville, SC is seeking a Customer Experience (CX) Specialist to support customers across channels and help drive performance in the C4 department.

You will ensure accurate entry, shipment, and invoicing of orders and returns and coordinate with fulfillment, FedEx, and VAS providers to resolve issues. The role emphasizes data reporting, ERP use, and collaboration with the hospitality and front desk teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-reporting abilities.
• Solid written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or operations support is a plus.
• Ability to interpret financial statistics and generate reports.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support customers as part of the CX team and assist with programs to improve performance.
• Enter and manage customer data in ERP systems and coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams.
• Prepare daily reports on sales, returns, and shipments.
• Assist with new customer setup in ERP and order accuracy checks.
• Communicate with third-party vendors to resolve shipping or embellishment issues.
• Provide backup coverage for front desk and hospitality duties as needed.
