Job summary

Big Y Foods, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Specialist for Big Y Express in Chicopee, MA. You will provide customers with an exceptional experience in the convenience and fuel areas, accurately processing transactions, and helping maintain store conditions including inventory, production and food safety standards.

You may serve as oversight in the Store Manager’s absence, contributing to a positive, customer-focused environment.
