You will provide customers with an exceptional experience in the convenience and fuel areas, accurately process transactions, and help maintain store conditions including inventory, food safety, and order accuracy. You may cross-train in other areas, adapt to a flexible schedule, and represent the company’s culture of caring.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate within company policies and standards.
• Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store conditions, including inventory, production, and food safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service in the Big Y Express areas.
• Provide oversight in the Store Manager’s absence.
