Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Customer Service Consultant at the Las Vegas - Durango Dr location. You will greet customers, assess their needs, and guide them through the repair process while coordinating with estimators and teams to keep repairs on track.

This role supports seamless customer experiences and requires strong communication and service orientation. From day one, you’ll work in a fast-paced shop, handling drop-offs, vehicle mapping/photos, paperwork, and arranging transportation,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in person or on the phone and determine their needs.
• Provide guidance and assist promptly to ensure a smooth process.
• Assist Collision Estimators with drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles.
• Arrange customer transportation and prepare required paperwork.
• Deliver active customer deliveries and communicate with customers, teammates and vendors to ensure accurate repairs.
• Adhere to Caliber's SOPs and insurance partner guidelines.
