Job summary

Pacific Office Automation seeks an Account Resolution Specialist for our Beaverton, Oregon office. The role involves contacting customers about past-due balances, reviewing aging reports, and documenting collection activities with accuracy.

You will work with customers to resolve discrepancies, maintain professional communication, and collaborate with sales and leadership to close cases. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding past-due accounts.
• Review aging reports and monitor outstanding balances.
• Document account activity, customer interactions, and collection efforts accurately.
• Work directly with customers to identify and resolve account discrepancies and payment issues.
• Communicate professionally and use sound judgment when working with customers, vendors, coworkers, and management.
• Partner with sales teams and senior leadership when additional support is needed to resolve accounts.
• Take ownership of challenging situations and work toward timely resolutions.
• Maintain positive customer relationships while effectively managing collection efforts.
