Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and help families prepare for school milestones in a welcoming, inclusive environment.

You will contribute to a positive shopping experience by resolving issues, supporting omnichannel needs, processing transactions, stocking the floor, and sharing information about promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve issues for customers promptly while balancing several customers.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions at the point of sale/register.
• Assist with floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers; handle payments securely.
• Maintain a clean, safe store and minimize loss.
