Carter's is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. Welcome customers, explain product styles, features, and benefits, and help shoppers find baby essentials and school-ready outfits in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll handle transactions, restock, and participate in omnichannel service as needed. The role emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
