Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Smyrna, TN is seeking a detail‑oriented CSR to deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting the Repair Facility Team. You will manage customer and insurer relationships, oversee admin tasks, and help drive smooth repair workflows.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year in an admin or automotive setting, strong multitasking and communication skills, and proficiency with office software. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in administration assistant or similar role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and approved scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documentation for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, work order, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurance partners in CCC One.
• Confirm and update rental car information in CCC One.
• Manage ARMS rental system throughout the day and align with CCC One.
