Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Dayton, TN to be the first point of contact for customers and to guide them through the repair process. The role involves coordinating with insurance partners, rental car providers, and service advisors to deliver seamless service.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance coverage.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on the repair process and insurance information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations and billing.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist in customer communication during the repair process.
• Monitor DRP assignments and capture rates for appointments.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logs and ARMS daily.
• Assist with reconciling invoices to payables reports.
• Keep customer waiting area tidy and ensure comfort items are stocked.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
