Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Assist customers with vehicle check-in upon arrival, conduct thorough walk-around inspections, document pre-existing damage, take photos, verify information, and complete paperwork before repairs begin.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding the vehicle repair process and address questions or concerns.
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments and service information.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth repair process.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle inspections, documentation, and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes.
