Job summary

Classic Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers in Fort Lauderdale. The role focuses on explaining the repair process, coordinating insurance information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the vehicle repair journey.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and organization for a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair processes, including insurance claim information.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance partner requirements for authorizations, billing, and load level processes.
• Coordinate Rental Car / Tow services to provide one-stop service for customers.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Assist in customer communication throughout the repair process.
