Responsibilities

• Provide customer support through mail, phone, and in-person contact.
• Process orders and enter data into internal systems.
• Reference pricing and delivery information for customers.
• Respond to customer questions and requests.
• Set up and maintain records.
• Perform clerical duties including word processing and filing.
• Prepare paperwork for auction day and secure approvals.
• Assist with other duties around the office.
