Jgpete is seeking an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join our team in Roseburg, Oregon. The role requires traveling to customer workplaces and homes, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel trucks while upholding safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of hands-on automotive or diesel repair experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Join us for a dynamic, customer‑facing field position with growth opportunities.

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Ability to use digital repair documentation.
• Able to work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong safety and quality standards.

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty and have a natural disposition to put the customer first
• Engage with many different customers each day and represent the dealership while being calm and responsive
• Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments and be excellent at time management
• Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on the repair order in a clean and efficient manner
• Communicate with the Mobile Service Coordinator, Parts Department, and Dealer Management regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication
• Stay current with new technology by attending manufacturer training and reviewing technical service bulletins
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and company policies

We are currently seeking an experienced Mobile Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will be independent and have a strong background in diesel truck maintenance. You will be responsible for traveling throughout your service region to customer workplaces and homes. We are looking for a professional with at least 7 years of hands‑on experience in automotive or equipment repair. Including: diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles or machinery while upholding high safety and quality standards
