Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries from start to finish while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns and help navigate issues with confidence.
• Manage multiple interactions simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Share customer feedback with internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge articles, support documentation, and self-service resources.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and other departments to resolve complex concerns.
