Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership across daily operations, including food service preparation, POS duties, and store upkeep. You will engage customers with friendliness and efficiency while upholding Royal Farms standards and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, prior customer service experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts, including weekends, may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Able to learn and follow all safety processes and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist customers, provide product knowledge, and maintain friendly service.
• Operate the register, process payments, and manage ID verification for age-restricted items.
• Prepare made-to-order food and beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Restock products, check expiration codes, and maintain clean, organized shelves.
• Follow safety, security, and SOP procedures; ensure safe working conditions.
