Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Phoenix to deliver world-class service at the counter and during vehicle rentals. You will greet customers, manage rental transactions, and ensure smooth returns while maintaining Hertz policies and brand standards.

Role requires weekend/holiday availability, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task across multiple computer systems. Training provided and benefits included.

Qualifications

• Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental process in line with Hertz policies.
• Welcome each customer with a smile and maintain professional appearance.
• Be able to multi-task across computer systems while assisting customers in person or over the phone.
• Able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process.
• Welcome each customer with a smile and greet customers at the counter.
• Represent Hertz professionally in appearance, language and behavior.
• Ensure accurate rental documents and review charges at vehicle return.
• Assist customers with directions and local area information.
