Qualifications

• Minimum of one year customer service/call center experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent level of education.

• Possess strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle all inbound and outbound calls.
• Address escalated phone calls.
• Accurately answer questions and concerns from owners, vendors, and brokers.
• Resolve customer issues with minimal supervision.
• Update and analyze file tracking system notes.
• Understand and interpret transfer documents.
• Communicate status of transfer process with customer.
