Job summary

Vacation Innovations LLC is seeking a customer service representative to manage inbound and outbound calls, address escalated issues, and resolve client concerns. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of customer service or call center experience, a high school diploma, and skills in data analysis and communication. Qualifications

• Minimum of one year customer service/call center experience.

• Possess strong reading comprehension and written communication skills.

• Proven internet and computer software skills.

• Proper note taking ability.

Responsibilities
