Exploria Resorts in Clermont, FL is seeking a detail-oriented Call Center - Collections Representative. If you have experience in outbound call centers or collections and thrive in a commission-based environment, this role is for you.

Earn $16/hour plus performance incentives ranging $1,500–$2,500 monthly, with a new-hire guarantee of $800 for the first three months. Typical shifts are Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday work, onsite at 25 Town Center Blvd, Clermont.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in outbound call center experience.
• 1+ year in collections preferred.
• 1+ year in timeshare/vacation ownership industry a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in call center or commission-driven role.
• Spanish bilingual is highly preferred.
• Energetic, self-motivated and professional demeanor.

Position

Call Center - Collections Representative

Compensation

• $16 per hour, with an added $1,500 - $2,500 monthly performance-based incentive potential! (Averaging $25-26/hr!)
• New Hire guarantee of $800 performance incentive for the first three full calendar months of employment!

Hours/Shift

• Monday - Friday (3 days will be an 8 am-5 pm shift, 2 days will be a 9 am-6 pm shift)
• Every other Saturday (If you work on Saturday your day off will be during the week)
• Sundays: Always off
• Onsite - 25 Town Center Blvd. Clermont FL 34714
• Subject to change based on business needs

• 1+ year of collections experience is highly preferred
