• Develops a positive line of communication with customers and leadership.

• Forwards logs to appropriate department for resolution.
• Reships products lost or damaged and verifies orders.
• Processes refunds and addresses address issues.
• Reclaims products sent in error and issues prepaid labels.
• Answers basic questions about products and services.
• Assists other departments with returns, shipping, and credits.
• Tracks shipments (UPS, DHL, CanadaPost, International Bridge).
• Supports customer retention and month-end tasks.
